1. The newspapers and information agencies given below are to receive the single financial assistance in the amount of AZN5,0 thousand per each at the expense of the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan envisaged in the State budget of 2008:

2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan is entitled to ensure the payment of the amount intended to newspapers and Information Agencies indicated in the list given in 1st Item of the present Order.

3. The present Order enters into force since the day of its signing.
